Position: National Retail Sales Manager (General & Modern Trading experience from FMCG is mandatory)  Work Location: Mumbai  Products : Cheese, Charcuteri, Meat & Poultry, Seafood & other specialty products  Highlights:   - You will work closely with the retail sales team across our Branches PAN INDIA.   - As the National Retail Sales Manager, you will lead 20 sales professionals and report directly to the General Manager/ Managing Director  - You will be responsible for Retail sales strategy and execution, driving profitable growth and business development.   Roles & Responsibilities:  - Demonstrate expertise in development & implementation of promotions plan for retail sales and handling communication for brands.  - An out-of- the box thinker with a proven track record of meeting the assigned targets, streamlining workflow and creating a team work environment to enhance productivity  - Overseeing marketing and retail sales operations to achieve growth and bottom- line profitability and initiating retail market development efforts  - Enhanced sales policies & practices, define the sales cycle, create accurate job description and developed standards for customer relationship management.  - Managing the success of the retail sales team across all India.  - Managing large corporate retail sales accounts at a national level.  - Building and developing strong business relationships with new and existing retail channels.  - Developing and accessing the national retail marketing strategy to increase customer acquisition and retention.  - Evaluating information related to retail sales, promotions, competition and market research.  - Managing retail sales budgets and new implementations.  - Negotiating retail sales contracts and marketing strategies.  - Increasing retail sales and distribution of new and existing product portfolios.  The Successful Applicant :  You will have a strong sales management background in the FMCG industry with a hunger to progress to the next level.
