INDICATIVE JOB PROFILE :-
1. Position Summary
The position holder will be responsible for the achievement of the overall business plan along with the target margin as well as profitability within India - for the brand in the Retail channel.
2. General Responsibilities
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES / ACTIVITIES OF THIS JOB
Merchandising
- To set base stock for each store
- To handle all retail POS on stock launches and replenishments
- Speaking to sales & VM team to customize stock mix for each store
- Give sales forecast for planning purposes
- Making merchandising related various reports for understanding of business.
Sales & Operations
- Follow up, close and document audit reports
- Recruiting, training and motivating store staff.
- Managing incentives and special competitions.
- Proposing, executing and analyzing results of promotions run.
- Maintaining a comprehensive library of appropriate sales data.
Business Development
- Working with front end team to vet locations
- Creating feasibility and getting required internal approvals
- LOI and other documentation follow up
- Timely new store openings
3. Job Experience & Requirements
Experience Requirements
- At least 5 -12 years of experience.
- Experience managing network of retail stores, from overall perspective
- Ability to work in detail to customize for each store
