National Relationship Manager
- Account Management - Acting as the custodian of named clients, will be responsible for all official communication channel between client - HA
- Client (Insurance Company) Relationship Development at multi-level - HO, Region, Branch Ops, Sales .
- Client (Insurance Company) Escalation Management
- Directly Responsible for Volumes & Growth Strategy for assigned clients
- Travel across region/branches to develop new locations
- Regular client review internally and externally
- Deep understanding of client buying behavior
- New Client Acquisition target - Add few more client to his existing kitty
- Upsell & Cross Sell new services to the client
- Audit facilitation for his/her respective clients
- IT coordinations
- Billing & Recovery from assigned clients
- Contract renewals / Additional addendum / compliance related to client
- Managing commercial and other process related requirements with a client
- Planning network expansion growth for the client along with network team
- Mpower adoption target
- Overall ownership of the client with respect to End To End requirements and coordination. ( BAU - Medically related services still remains with Ops
