- Responsible for building a distribution network for sourcing Mortgages Business, Retail Home Loan/Loan against Property and Construction Finance business through Builder relations,Broker Network with a mix of DST and alternate sourcing channels i.e Business Associates(BA)

- Development and implementation of marketing plans with a focus on enhancing brand visibility and reach. Managing marketing activities like property expos cross-selling initiatives,micro-marketing initiatives and activities, etc,

- Meetings with Team, Branch Visits, Site Visits and Channel Visits with Team with Training and Motivation to them weekly monthly and quarterly basis for achievement goals
