National Reconciliation Manager - ATM

Role:

- To drive and be accountable for operational recon of ATM's being serviced.

- Draft and implement recon system for accurate

- Sound technical ability(ATM).

- Good at managing relationship with customer at senior levels.

- Should be able to drive team to close queries within TAT.

- Query resolution to Internal branches.

Desired Skill-set:

- Should have sound technical knowledge of ATM machines.

- Should have handled Pan India Operations.

- Fronted ended customers for query resolutions as last escalation
