National Program Manager - IT - Branding/BTL

Job Description:

- Providing Branding facility to the Channel & retail partners

- Managing the team of 3 DPMs (Deputy Program Managers) and 70 Retail Executives in Pan India.

- Making new strategy to provide branding facility to the channel and retail partners of Intel.

- Conducting BTL activities for brand promotion through the team.

- Plan, execute, and finalize Program according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party vendors or agency in order to deliver program on ground.

- Execute the program according to plan, also define the program objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.

- Define scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management.

- Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.

- Develop and progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations.

- Motivate and supervise team members and vendors and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
