Job Role & Responsibilities:  - The person will be responsible for managing Training nationally to all sales staff at each of the Sales Branches and extend the knowledge through to the dealers through a team of trainers.  - The person should have Complete knowledge of the product (and it’s solutions) and the ability to execute training plans down to the dealer level is the key objective of this position.   - The person should fully understand the products & marketing objective of Mobile group and become a “product” expert.  - He will be responsible for translating product and marketing objectives into training modules for:  a) Shop front people  b) Sales Staff  - Should have the ability to create materials and other informative documents necessary to educate the sales staff on product and solutions.  - Should have the ability to creatively plan and execute Training Sessions that motivate the sales staff and dealers.  - He will be responsible to drive his team of mobile trainers to conduct regular Training Sessions  - He will also be responsible for Coordinating and executing periodic Customer Research activities   - The profile will include lot of travelling so he must be willing to travel frequently.  Competency Required:   - Excellent Communication, Presentation and Interpersonal Skills  - Planning & Organising  - Creative Thinking & Focus towards process improvements   - Analyical Thinking & Problem Solving   - Good Leadership & man Management skills  - Delegating & Developing Team  - Explain own ideas in a clear & easy to understand manner with team member to obatin results  - Timely information sharing in clear & concise manner - both verbal & written  - Set priorities to determines logical plan to achieve short or long term goals   - Organizes work, sets priorities and determines resource requirements for proper implementation.  - Monitors progress, revises plans if necessary and take action to achieve desired outcome within specified timelines.  - Generates new ideas to improve existing approaches and tries different & novel ways to deal with work problems and opportunities.  - Identifying and understanding issues, problems & opportunities based on available facts & information.   - Macro & Micro analysis to to identify causes of problems accurately  - Identifies & captures opportunities and takes initiative without prompting.   Qualification & Experience:  - Preferably MBA with 8 - 12 years of work experience.
