National Product Manager - Personal Loans Roles and Responsibilities: - Develop, and launch of new product for Personal Loan business - Product policy & process setting in co-ordination with risk team & other stakeholders - Design the product journey and roadmap - End-to-end responsibility for defining product features and creating product requirement documents - Drive requirement definition, customer experience design, product roadmap, and prioritization - Foster a community of data-informed decision making - Drive requirement definition, customer experience design, product roadmap, and prioritization. - Creating ease for customers while being a disruptor - Leading initiative of cross sell and upsell in secure and unsecure space. - Recommendation of product proposition, pricing and channel strategies through customer segmentation - Developing and optimizing digital customer journeys to optimize the experience and enable end to end digital fulfillment - Competition Benchmarking and customer connect programs to identify gaps and customer challenges - Execution strategy for Sales & Collections in order to achieve the business priorities. Following will be considered a plus : - Experience with Financial services, especially lending business Personality : - Entrepreneurial, growth mind-set - Passionate about deploying technology to solve real world problems - Willing to work with uncertainty - Ability to multi-task - Strong focus on execution, ability to get things done Education : - Graduation in any stream.
