About our Client: Our Client is a leading Retail Lending / NBFC in India. The brand is well established in Indian Market and looking to hire a senior individual in SME Business. Job Description :&nbsp; - Manage overall business direction through identification of key strategic. segments for tapping profitable &amp; quality business opportunities and launching new initiatives/ products for SME - Ensure product development, business development and market &amp; competitor intelligence. - Work on the Budgets and Business Plans for SME products. Develop systems &amp; processes for efficient transaction processing &amp; information capturing through interaction with product partners, credit approvers, marketing unit, other value Centres, and service delivery units. - Help formulate the entire Marketing strategy, develop Branding and marketing collaterals for SME business. - Develop product kits for new products and also ensure, on an ongoing basis, that the pre-sanction/ post-disbursal documentation remains standard and effective whilst adhering to internal norms. - Work closely with Risk Policy teams to formulate and roll out Underwriting standards/ PADs and to formulate effective credit scoring mechanisms. - Work closely with credit to launch programmes with the objective to extend offering to new segments/ products in due course. The Successful Applicant : - Graduate/ MBA with 12 to 15 years of experience in Banking/ NBFC managing SME/ MSME Finance Product and Policy function. Background in Credit preferred - Should have experience in heading Product function. Policy formulation and new product development. - Experience in working with a digital lending platform/ product. Comes with excellent communication skills - Excellent Communication Skills.
