National Product Head - Capital Goods

Position:National Product Head

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Be the products champion for all the product lines and application.

- Present the brand concept at all meetings with the management

- Manage the work flow from initial sketch to final placement

- Determines customer needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain market information.

- Provides information for management by preparing short-term and long-term product sales forecasts and special reports and analyses; answering questions and requests.

- Developing & implementing a company wide-go-to market plan, working with sales-support departments and execute.

- Identify and develop Dealers|Distributor as business partners all across India.

- Managing the entire product line life cycle

- Channel management in terms of product guidance,product training,grooming the direct and channel sales teams on advanced product knowledge,Channelizing the needed information to operations team

- Will get involved in gathering market intelligence,report analysis, Sales trend monitoring and co work with sales team on feedback sharing.

- Maintain Professional and Technical Knowledge by attending educational workshops , Seminar's , Exhibitions , Reviewing professional publication, establishing personal networks , participating in professional societies.

Key skills:

- Should have excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Should have experience of training teams from different geographies

- Should have experience of being individual contributor and managing teams and co working with cross functional team.

- Candidates from non-textile machinery background may apply ( Preferably coming from any Capital Goods background )
