Post: General Manager Accounts & Finance Reporting To: CFO Location: Kalyan, Mumbai Qualification: CA Mandatory Key Result Areas: Job responsibilities: 1. Preparation Finalization of Balance Sheet and Statutory Accounts. 2. Maintaining books of accounts in Tally or in any other ERP Modules. 3. Able to check receipts & payments whether they are appropriately approved within COA, documented properly etc. 4. Should have experience to prepare accounts under Ind AS. 5. Liaison with Statutory Auditors and Internal Auditors 6. Should be able to prepare subsidiary/associate companies accounts. 7. Over all supervision over accounting, taxation, billing process 8. Needs thorough knowledge in preparation of consolidation of accounts. 9. Knowledge of IND AS and IFRS rules 10. Able to present the accounts to the Board with analysis. 11. To be able prepare cash flows and able to project future cash flows. 12. Preparation of comparison between budget and actual w.r.t. accounts and cash flows. 13. Should be implement internal control system Desired Candidate: 1. Must be CA with Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience in Handling Accounts & Finance Dept of any Chemical Industry or Equivalent to the same will be an added advantage. 2. Must have worked as Head of the Department for min 3 years 3. Personally prepared Finalization of Balance Sheet and Statutory Accounts 4. Knowledge of Income Tax Act and filling of returns for Individual, Partnership Firms, Trust and Manufacturing Company 5. Strong financial and business analysis skills as demonstrated by prior experience including financial modelling 6. The candidate should have strong written and oral communication skills, negotiation skills and Goal Orientation, Go-getting Attitude, Quick Learner. 7. Have the ability to plan, structure and organise their individual work 8. Should possess patience and have superior interpersonal skills 9. Good planning & organisational skills.
