Desired Skill:- - Must have experience in handling day to Day Data Center Operations, in terms of systems availability, OS Management (Linux, Windows & AIX), Storage Management, Virtualized environment (VMware) management. - Good knowledge in All Enterprise/Midrange/ storage platform (VNXe, VMAX, SC900, HP3PAR, HITACHI, NetAPP & etc.) - Must have exposure and understanding of x86 servers of DELL, HP & Cisco. - Good understanding of backup & restore technologies, like Netback up, HP DP, Networker etc. - Good understanding of Clustering, fault tolerance & RAID groups. - Good understanding of SAN Switch, ISL, trunking etc. - Manage storage Array, Volumes, LUNs, CIFS, NFS snapshot, snap mirror, replication, Deduplication & other data services feature. - Must be well versed with Incident Management, Change Management, and Problem Management. - Good understanding of Virtualization and Cloud computing (VMware, AWS, Azure). - Well versed with reporting and dashboard, MIS report, asset inventory. - Must have can-do attitude, and flexible to work in shift on need basis. - Must have good communication and influential skill. - Must be a team player & collaborative. - Self-driven and result oriented. Responsibilities - Responsible for performing daily operational tasks of Data Center, from health report analysis to proactive plan to avoid any unforeseen downtime. - Complete ownership of DC and update activities and reports to Senior Management. - Lead the team in case of incidents, or problem in infrastructure. Skills/Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree, (B.E/B.Tech/BCA/ MCA or equivalent) - Minimum 12 -15 Years of Experience in Infrastructure domain - Worked in the role of DC operations lead. - Technically sound and quick learner. - Willing to work in shift system as per business need. - A team player with excellent skills. Good Oral, written and communication skills. - Be able to work under minimum supervision.
