Educational Qualification: B.E / B.Tech or equivalent in (IT, Computers or Electronics & Telecommunication) / M.sc / MCA, with relevant experience in Banking and Payment Systems.  Experience: Minimum post-qualification experience of over 15 years in relevant area, with leadership exposure on deployment and Management under Banking and Payment Domains.  Role Objective:   Centre-in-charge  Implement the system platforms,   Manage and monitor the systems,   Thrive for continuous improvements,   Focus on system efficiency,   Comply with the rules of the regulatory body and support audit activities.  Key Responsibilities:  Project Management - Sign-off project plans and monitor the project progress at regular frequency  Review project status and provide necessary guidance wherever required. Arrange/facilitate to schedule committee meetings if required  Escalate to senior management any envisaged abnormal delays  Provide out of box / innovative solutions to overcome project obstacles  Change Management:  Ensure compliance to Change management process for every change  Review and Approve the changes raised by CTS and NACH Application team  Perform 3rd level review of the change documents submitted by service providers  Incident Management:  Create framework for recording the incidents  Ensure review of incidents with vendor and respective team members at regular frequency  Review solutions and workarounds and impact of the same on CTS & NACH application  Vendor management:  Ensure periodical reviews with existing vendors. Discuss pain points and ensure solutions  Ensure timely payout to vendors  Liaise with competitor vendors and keep abreast with latest market developments and suggest/present ideas to management / customers on product/feature upgrades  Certification & Testing:  Create frame work, infrastructure and process to certify banks before getting on-boarded on CTS & NACH platforms  Management Reports:  Ensure Periodical MIS publication/ submission to senior managements /Regional offices of RBI.  Compliance:  Adhere to various legal provisions/acts (NI Act/ IT Act/ PSS Act etc.). Compliance to internal & external (RBI) audit reports.  Provide support to internal & external (RBI) audit.  General Responsibility:  Co- ordinate with NPCI other business units on various challenges.  Ensure that technology team is fully aware of scope and objectives through full collaboration and interactive process during day to day operations.  Motivate team members for career advancement/ enhancement within NPCI. And creating second line in command (within team at each level) in case of exigency.  Provide periodical project update (during implementation)  Identify resource constraints/ challenges and intimate open issues to the concerned.  Ensure timely submission of capital budget and utilization of budgeted amounts.
