Ideal Candidate:
- Graduate with 12 + years of Experience in Express distribution industry
- Pan India exposure or minimum experience of working in 2 zones of the country with a minimum of 5 years as Zonal Operations Manager or 3 years as National Operations Manager in a Courier company
- Knowledge and experience of working with On-line retail customers would be an added advantage
- Minimum of 3-4 years field experience of running PUD operations
- Experience with direct accountability for functional performance and costs.
