About Our Client
Our client is one of the world's leading consumer products organization with a strong local presence. In India they run a highly profitable business and are targeting to diversify there local product portfolio. They are looking for a high potential candidate to head up their on trade channel.
Job Description
Reporting to the head of sales and marketing, you will be responsible for-
- Developing the sales strategy for the channel and ensuring its in sync with the business plans.
- Driving business development activities to expand the reach of the channel.
- Developing innovative sales and branding plans in coordination with the marketing team to improve brand visibility and increase brand recall overseeing/ handling large key accounts.
- Deepening existing relationships with current accounts.
- Managing, developing and expanding the on trade team.
The Successful Applicant
You will be an MBA from one of the top tier business schools, with at least 15 years of relevant work experience preferably in the FMCG/ Alcohol/ Beverage industry. You should have had at least 10 years of on trade experience. You should have the ability to have a macro thought process while giving attention to details. You should have exceptional communication skills.
