Our MNC FMCG Client is looking for the following:  Position Title: National Modern Trade Operations Manager  Reporting to: National Head - Modern Trade  Reportees: Regional Modern Trade Managers  Key Deliverables:  - Conduct and conclude timely annual trading terms negotiation with Key accounts within trade spend budgets provided.  - Review periodically account profitability and align plans to improve the same.   - Ensure that fill rates are met as per agreed standards.  - Meet standards on performance metrics set.  - Sales, distribution, customer service, share of shelf’s, stock outs etc.  - Meet action standards on improving RMTM’s team performance  Key Responsibilities:  - Develop Key account Strategy and annual key account plans with Regional Modern Trade Managers (RMTM’s ) team. Secure buy in of plans with Regional sales teams and Trade marketing.   - Conduct and conclude timely annual trading terms negotiation with Key accounts within trade spend budgets provided.  - Work with RMTM’s to develop, update, communicate and agree specific key account promotional calendar with trade marketing and execute via with field sales teams periodically.  - Put in place systems & work with finance and trade marketing to Control trade spends in MT via effective budgeting and controls.  - Guide RMTM’s to conduct periodic business reviews with Key accounts to align priorities develop joint business plans.  - Win category captaincies and build capability to effectively implement Category management projects in target accounts.  - Review periodically account profitability and align plans to improve the same.  - Work with RMTM team logistics and regional sales to ensure account customer service objectives are met.  - Maintain excellent relationships with appropriate level personnel within key account organization.  - Prepare for and execute appropriate Top to Top meetings with key accounts.   - Identify potential new channel development and jointly with trade marketing develop plans to tap these for our products.  - Achieve significantly superior visibility of our products in the MT.  - Ensure that fill rates are met as per agreed standards.  - Provide effective leadership to RMTM’s , Key account officers  - Identify and develop source for Merchandisers, develop measurement metrics for merchandisers’ effectiveness.   - Prepare & execute training and development plans for direct & indirect reports  Experience & Qualifications:  - Preferably MBA from premier Institute with 8 - 10 years of Sales experience in FMCG Companies  - Age 28 - 35 Years  - Good analytical skills  - Thorough knowledge of key account trade and field force structures  - High impact presence & excellent communication and presentation skills  - Good negotiation skills  - Adept at building relationships  - High entrepreneurial drive  - High man management and motivation skills   - Strong planning and execution skills   - A judicious mix of both interpersonal and business skills.  - Ability to foresee future requirements keeping in mind the changing organizational needs.  - Ability to multitask.  Contact:  Anish Shah  Director | PeopleZ HR | +91-7666546688  Connect with me on Linkedin: http://in.linkedin.com/in/anishs  Facebook Page: https://www.facebook.com/PeoplezHr  Follow us on Linkedin: "PeopleZ HR"
