Business development / Modern Trade
- Driving New Product Launch, Brand activations and Thematic promotions in modern format stores
- Circulating a weekly performance report to internal stakeholders mapping progress in business growth and planning
- Framing and Negotiating Annual Terms of Trade for each key account
- Being the KA expert in the region & providing direction to the regional management team on handling KA to maximize our gains out of the channel
- Developing region-wise annual plan for all Key Accounts in the region taking cue from the CBP of all national accounts & local accounts
- Ensuring visibility & activation permissions as per national TOTs is properly executed at the region
Planning :
- Analyzing data, Prospecting and Strategizing business - JBP's to grow market share
- Conducting monthly and quarterly business reviews with customers
- Using competition data and knowledge to develop customized selling proposition in each account
- Maintaining Account profitability and financial hygiene.
- Driving top-line and bottom-line in all the organized retail chains to ensure growth
- Ensuring cost to sales for local activities with national accounts in line in with CBP of the account
- Ensuring that cost to sales targets for regional accounts are maintained as per plan
