- Leading performance and forging development of Regional Sales Team; developing, implementing, managing and evaluating category management activities
- Formulating & implementing successful commercial plans to deliver financial & share plans & targets in liaison with marketing, supply, sales & finance
- Steering end-to-end visibility & key brand penetration at national level
- Expanding business in the assigned territories and consistently improving profitability of the company; identifying new streams for long-term revenue growth
- Designing successful concept creation & communication strategy using customer & market feedback
- Conceptualizing & implementing go-to market strategy right from ideation, campaign, communication, business planning & projection, execution, post execution reports and tracking the progress
- Establishing alliances/tie-ups with key players, resulting in deeper market penetration and reach
- Formulating business goals, short-term and long-term budgets and developing business plans for the accomplishment
