- The incumbent will be accountable for managing and delivering the talent acquisition of IT vertical and will contribute to increase effectiveness of overall HR function through projects and strategic ingenuities.
- Conceptualize IT Hiring Strategy for hiring of new skills and effective execution of the same.
- Hiring adequacy: timely and quality resources, effective execution of hiring project for Company's (Internal & External Hiring)
- Alternate sourcing channel development - Hackthons, IT Campus, Walkins etc.
- Accountable for Manpower Planning and managing TA budget for IT Hiring
- Effective Vendor management, Vendor Development including relationship - Hiring vendors
- Partner with senior leadership to align approaches, resources, deliverables, expectations and measures of success of TA function
- Provide market intelligence to support people decisions and actions: Gather market intelligence, analyze and share with organization in a more meaningful manner.
- Inculcate the understanding of TA processes in the leadership team and as a custodian of the process and ensure proper implementation without gaps
- Accountable for end to end onboarding of new hires including pre- and post-joining formalities and providing inputs to the HR Operations and C&B teams
- Partner with respective teams to align approaches deliverables, expectations with regards to onboarding and strive to achieve New Joiner delight.

- Creating a high performing culture with-in the HR team to achieve overall HR objective and mission
- Contribute to increase effectiveness of other HR functions through projects and strategic initiatives
