National Shopper Marketing Manager, FMCG

The incumbent should be MBA from premiere institutes like IIM A, IIM B, IIM C, IIM K, IIM L, FMS Delhi, SIBM-Pune, SPJIMR-Mumbai, ISB-Hyderabad, SJMSOM, VGSOM with 8 to 12 years of post MBA Experience in Shopper Marketing in a FMCG Company.

Job profile :

- Driving acquisition and improvement of sell out of offers from multiple platforms. Understand and document best Shopper Practices by format and plans in line with to acquire more customers and drive sales.

- Driving insights from multiple data points and dashboards; work with Key Accounts teams and account teams to improve ability to target communication across platforms

- Studying key categories and understand co-relation of conversion, visibility, promotion & out of stock to overall sales and input into plans for the platforms accordingly

- Providing specific feedback on detailed product views to help improve and thereby impact conversion

- Benchmarking industry wide best practices in the area of Shopper Marketing

- Helping Digital Marketing Teams build merchandising strategy and plans in collaboration with key retailers in order to drive awareness of our brands, improve portfolio visibility and facilitate efficient spends.

- Driving search best practices and ensure ongoing keyword strategy development and optimization.

- Working with the brand teams across businesses to ensure best practices are implemented to drive our digital campaigns in collaboration with the digital team
