Job Description :

- The opportunity is a Direct Sales leadership role based out of the corporate office with a P&L responsibility of ~ 60 Cr with a leading Life Insurance company based out of Mumbai.

Client Details :

The client is one of the leading Life Insurance firms based out of Mumbai with a strong Direct Sales network across India. The company is one of the largest non-bank supported private life insurers with over 10 million policyholders, a strong distribution network of over 700 branches and 75000 advisors.

Description :

- Role is to head the Branch and Preferred Sales verticals of the Direct Marketing Channel

- Candidate is expected to have a span of control of ~ 600 FLS, ZMs, RMs, AMs and BMs

- Expected business deliverable is ~ 60 Cr

- Role reports to the Head of Direct Marketing and Business Development

- Candidate will be responsible for working with the strategy team deploying the same at the field level

Profile :

An ideal candidate should have :

- 12-15 years of experience in Insurance selling, majority of which should be in Direct Sales

- Should have experience in handling Zones and large team sizes

- Adept at managing P&L responsibilities and engaging with senior stakeholders
