Objective:

eB2B Program is the transformation and digitization of our current Route-to-market across the General Trade

The purposes are:

a) To establish a Direct relationship between company and the retailer to be able to influence Demand and grow faster

b) To give the retailer a Digital ecosystem for interaction with company across the customer relationship funnel

c) Increase the numeric distribution with an efficient cost to serve

The transformation is planned across the pillars of Demand Capture, Demand Generation, Demand Fulfilment, Payments, and Customer relationships and underpinned by new Digital Capabilities, Technology, Data, and Analytics
