Responsibilities: - Ensure management of all types of Regulatory Audit and specialised audit such as Treasury, Finance and Accounts I-CAAP, Stress Testing), Compliance, CRO Vertical (Operational Risk, Market Risk, Credit Risk etc) - Excellent understanding of RBI Circulars and mapping into the individual audits - SPOC of IA to Compliance Function and the regulator - Ensure concurrent audit mechanism is in compliance with RBI requirement - Management of RBI audit reports and mapping with audit delivery - Active involvement in Tranche I, II and III submission (to the extent of Internal Audit responsibility - Responsible for preparation of Board deck representing IA after co-ordination with other vertical - Ensure management of open issue identified during audit. Develop mechanism for closing audit issue identified - Build and own the various dashboard of the IA after co-ordination with other IA vertical to facilitate the review of Head Internal Audit and also repository and mechanism of tracking the way we work - Own the policy, Charter, manual of IA and ensure they reflect regulator and board expectations as well as delivery at ground - Co-ordinate with other IA National Audit Manager and work closely for the overall monitoring of IA Function - Deliver all adhoc work as identified by the Head Internal Audit with respect to Internal Audit Function of the Bank Desired Profile: - Chartered Accountant/MBA/Other relevant qualifications with 10-15 years of experience into Internal Audit & Regulatory/Business Compliance Experience of a Bank.
