Project Sales -National Sales manager


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Sales Manager - National level to lead and execute sales strategies for our range of decorative building material products. As the Project Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, establishing and maintaining client relationships, and overseeing projects across the country. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing a sales team, and ensuring successful project execution from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and market share goals for VOX products at the national level. Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.

2. Project Management: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial client engagement to project completion, ensuring timely and successful execution. Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and tailor product offerings accordingly. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, inventory management, and on- time delivery.

3. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including architects, interior designers, contractors, and real estate developers. Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and project updates, providing exceptional customer service.

4. Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of regional sales managers and sales representatives, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team targets. Conduct regular performance evaluations, identify training needs, and provide coaching to enhance team members' sales skills and product knowledge.

5. Market Expansion and Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, potential clients, and emerging markets to expand the company's footprint in the decorative building material segment. Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote products and establish connections.

6. Sales Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for senior management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and opportunities. Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjust strategies as needed.

7. Budget Management: Develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to support sales activities and achieve financial objectives.

8. Identify top 100 architects and 100 developers and secure the major share of their business.

9. Ensure specifications of VOX products in projects and ensure conversions.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, Engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred). Must have 15 years of experience. Preferable work experience in South India, based out of Bangalore.

- Strong connections with Builders, Contractors, Architects

- Proven track record of successful sales and project management experience in the decorative building material products, like ACP, HPL, Veneer, Ceramic Tiles, Sanitary ware etc

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and lead a sales team to achieve targets. A minimum team size of 5 members.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships.

- Project management skills, including organization, time management, and attention to detail.

- Willingness to travel frequently to meet clients and oversee projects across the country.
