About Company:-  The Company manufactures business and industrial imaging products, including copiers, laser printers and digital print systems for the production printing market. They managed print service (MPS) is called Optimized Print Services. The company also makes optical devices, including lenses and LCD film; medical and graphic imaging products, such as X-ray image processing systems, colour proofing systems, and X-ray film; photometers, 3-D digitizes and other sensing products; and textile printers.   Position Accountability:  1. Liaising with Direct & IDC team to drive OPS & other Solution Business.  - Act as a single window in HQ to drive OPS Business through Direct Sales Team and partners/ BMs/ZSM  - Work closely with Pre-Sales HQ Team for all GMA accounts for OPS Business.  - Develop processes for deployment within BIN and Partners for OPS Business.  2. Enhance solution & services capability through appropriate offerings.  - Market research to identify customer segment & Their requirements to increase business opportunities.  - Finalize tie-ups with MPS/OPS partners of competition to grow BIN presence  - Launch identified solutions KM I 3rd party across channels.  3. Establish sales skill set & processes in the organisation.  - Create appropriate training modules for solutions & services.  - Implement training calendar.  4. Customer interface.  - Assist sales across all channels including GMA.  - Assist sales to position solutions & services in specific cases.
