National Manager - Fulfillment Center - Retail

The primary responsibility of National Manager- Fulfillment Operations is to reduce risk and institutionalize the processes.

- Analytical mind and good with numbers.

- Excellent in excel and should have implemented at least one WMS in any warehouse.

Major responsibilities would be as follows :

- He would be responsible for PAN India warehousing of 6 lacs sqft

- He would be responsible for implementation of new warehouse projects.

- He should ensure homogeneity in warehouse operations by conducting warehouse audits.

- He would be responsible for infrastructure deployment and will have to negotiate with vendors.

- He has to ensure that all legal and HR related compliances are in place.

- He has to improve warehousing productivity by atleast 5% yoy basis.
