National Manager - Financial Reporting & Analysis - CA - BFSI

Responsibilities:

- Preparation & Finalization of accounts (as per Banking Regulation)

- Experience in IFRS

- Good knowledge about RBI Regulations

- Experience in Budgeting, planning and analysis, review & finalization of MIS including segment reporting

- Should have knowledge of equity listing guidelines

- Regulatory Reporting

- Monthly closure of financial books of accounts: expenses provisioning, Fixed Asset Accounting, Related party transaction reporting, etc

- Ensuring completeness, correctness and timeliness of financial data.

- Presentation of standalone and consolidated financial statements as per Banking Regulation & Schedule III of the Companies Act 2013

- Liasoning with Statutory/Internal Auditors

Desired Profile:

- CA with 8-15 yrs of relevant experience from private banks.
