National Manager - Financial Analysis & Reporting - Bank

Position of National Manager- Financial Planning and Analysis with a leading bank in Pune.

Looking for candidate with core competencies in :

Financial Accounting and Reporting

- Financial Planning and Analysis

- MIS and Presentation

- Handling Statutory and Internal Audits

- Taxation (Direct and Indirect)

- Working Capital Management

- Regulatory Reporting and Compliance

- Process Management

- SOX Compliance

Key Result Area :

- Preparing monthly financials, handling audits and process risk and control

- Profitability analysis and ensuring all costs are recovered timely (being a captive entity)

- Cash flow projections and managing by mix of short term and long term loans

- Submitting monthly and quarterly financial review deck to Senior Management Committee

- Account reconciliations and sign-off for Balance Sheet related accounts

- Handling various restructuring, realignment and re-engineering projects

- Training's, on-job reviews and monitoring performance of the team members
