Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for ensuring delivery of Business initiatives, Program Management, Delivery schedule, Change process management, Project Monitoring and Status Reporting to Senior Management.
- Execute and liaison with business users or PMO and with partner for Collection related requirements and its interfaces
- Administration activities and complete Production Support
- Should have working knowledge of collections processes and system functioning
- Should have strong financial domain knowledge of business process and solutions
- Budget tracking, effort discussion and timely delivery with Business Partner
- Ensuring timely communication to stakeholders on project deliverables
- Training and developing the team
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum qualification required is Graduate / Post-Graduate with an experience of around 14-16 years.
- Working knowledge of FinnOne Collections or Indus Collections will be an added advantage.
- Should have the ability to lead a sub-unit within IT function.
- Thorough knowledge of Business Processes required for Finance domain, especially Loans and Advances
- Good negotiation and communication skill
- Interest and passion to work on IT applications and projects which support businesses
- Deliver cost effective and robust solutions
