Through Pehel Foundation, our dedicated CSR arm, we are executing our social vision and making a positive impact. They work on diverse thematic areas like healthcare, education, environmental conservation and water management, to name a few.

Reason for the hire :

- They are looking for a senior developmental professional as a designation, who will be the Chief of CSR Programs run by their Pehel Foundation under Corporate Social Responsibility of the parent company - PNB Housing Finance.

- He/ She will provide strategic input in expanding and deep-rooting the holistic rural development activities in order to achieve the CSR objectives of the company, which in-turn empower the under-privileged and marginalized sections of society by providing basic infrastructure and balanced ecological base to the communities.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Developing effective CSR programs

- Project management and monitoring of CSR projects

- Brand building, awareness, and coordination

- Relationship Management

Must Haves :

- Knowledge of the rules and regulations related to CSR laws in India, best practices for CSR will be an advantage

- Strong expertise in managing relationships, networks, and teams that include a diverse group of people representative of the public and private sectors, community-based organizations, nonprofit and civic leadership as well as program beneficiaries.

- More than 10 years of experience in CSR domain with last 4-5 years leading the CSR agenda for a similar size organization.
