National Manager - TASC
Role & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for developing and executing the business strategy for TASC Segment including identifying new opportunities for business.
- Responsible for acquiring NTB (New to Bank) Clients in the TASC Segment working closely with the Zonal Heads and the team of Relationship Managers for Government & Institutional Business.
- Ensure deepening of ETB (Existing to Bank) Book through existing relationships for TASC Segment.
- Knowledge and understanding of Payments & Cash Management, various Electronic Payment Products and basic understanding of Trade Finance and Foreign Exchange, FCRA Regulations.
- Demonstrate ability in understanding of client's requirements and conceptualizing possible solutions/ propositions.
- Develop collaborative relationship with other Business Heads/ Verticals of the Bank for cross leveraging synergy optimization and work within the Overall Bank Eco System with other Stakeholders.
- Evaluate growth strategy based on competitor analysis and feedback from different channels/ clients.
- Develop suitable training programs for creating awareness amongst Branches for business opportunities, ensure efficient servicing of existing relationships and support them for acquiring NTB Clients in TASC Segment.
