National Analytics Manager Hiring for NBFC Client for a role of National Manager Analytics. Must Have Skill : - Experience in credit risk analytics - Experience in Modeling Job Responsibilities : - Provide analytical solutions through statistical modelling, reporting and data analysis for the businesses &amp; publish crisp effective reports &amp; recommendations. Forecasting of Roll Rates and Bucket Position for all buckets based on historical roll rates. - Regulatory modelling, ECL, Scorecard development and Deep learning data science. Work closely with Core Risk, COPS-Product&amp; Business teams to support business growth and drive new initiatives including knowledge &amp; success transfers. - Also driving - future fit- initiatives e.g. automation of underwriting using advanced statistical modelling, scoring &amp; underwriting tools using internally developed platforms / standardized vendor platforms. - Implementation of Analytics driven credit decision engine for faster credit decision using Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. - Monitor, maintain and improve all scorecards across products/portfolios including continuous validation and recalibration of the model as per defined frequency. - Ongoing liaising with IT and Credit to ensure all required changes are built and implemented suitably. Independently manage vendors and ensure prompt &amp; timely delivery of results &amp; output for the organization. - Acquired &amp; Apply future fit tools like Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and implement Deep Learning and Advance statistics and analytics. Qualification : - Post Graduates with Graduation in Mathematics/Statistics/Engineering. - An MBA would be preferable but not necessary
