National Level Role - Online Reputation Management - Digital

Looking for Sr. Person for ORM (Digital) role with our esteemed client in Reputation Management Advisory (Online Reputation Management) - Mumbai location.

Job Responsibilities:-

Sr. ORM person will be responsible for developing & executing the Online Reputation Management campaign. Support capacity building in ORM related listening, analytics, measurement and community development to deliver the ORM goals.

Job Requirements & Skills Needed:

- Responsible for providing cutting edge digital solutions for the client

- Responsible for building the digital capabilities and add value to the communication mix

- Responsible for hiring talent, mentoring and training them

- Must be experienced in handling an ORM\Digital team of at least 10 members

- Must be familiar with social media tracking and analysis tools and apps such as Radian6, Hoot Suite, Meltwater, Simplify360, Locobuzz, Germin8, Thoughtbuzz, and worked on Facebook Insights, Twitter Insights, Google Analytics, etc.

- Must be able to translate business challenges into communication briefs that work towards building and protecting the reputation of the Brand

- Define and measure metrics for the Digital initiatives

- Create and manage the overall digital marketing strategy and execution.

- Active Digital savvy user, well versed with emerging technologies and passionate about the Online space with excellent writing and communication skills

- Must have excellent research and communication skills

- Must be highly proficient at creating reports from the tools and build them into Excel and Power-point.

- Must be action oriented and possess high attention to detail

- Possess excellent people management and interpersonal skills
