National Lead - Marketing Technology - Financial Services

Job Purpose :

Lead the delivery function with in marketing technology - Platform lifecycle management & platform feature sets - Manage an external partner ecosystem of platform providers & developers.

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

DELIVERY - Identify, scope out and deliver new platforms for marketing related initiatives

- Undertake all initiatives around building new capabilities and functionalities in existing and new platforms

- Work directly with external developer agencies to deliver new capabilities

- Manage platform roadmap and life cycle for all marketing platforms

- Create test use cases to leverage features of existing platforms

- Manage development and delivery of technology solutions

- Support and deliver IT and Technology Development Strategy

- Ensure that technology solutions are fit-for-purpose and aligned with architectural principles, standards and roadmaps

- Consider financial impact of technology solutions, with a view to delivering value to our customers

- Develop coding and development standards, ensuring solutions are suitably assured and of quality. Understand business requirements - Provide technical leadership and innovation across all aspects of technology development

- Develop and maintain effective ways of working throughout the department and organization - Lead transition of solutions to outsource partner and into live service, where applicable

- Provide support and mentoring to technical team leads, including talent and succession planning - Lead and manage technical delivery resources

API BASED WIDGET NETWORK :

- Responsible for creation of REST, PULL & PUSH APIs across our 3rd party partner ecosystem - Development & integration of widgets across world wide web

PARTNER ECOSYSTEM : - Identify, onboard and actively manage a large ecosystem of partners platform providers & developers - Develop long term partnerships with key technology providers

KEY METRICS - Delivery timelines - Platform betas - # of widgets

- No. of errors reported - # of test scenarios - Business KPIs

EXPERIENCE : 10-12 years experience in Technology with at least 6-8 years of experience in delivery on various content management systems -At least 4 years of experience in Oracle Web Center ; Hands-on experience in project delivery across a suite of enterprise marketing platforms -Previous experience in managing large scale implementations involving multiple partners ; Relevant experience in UI/UX will be a desirable plus.

Job Specification:

- Candidate should have strong experience in Web Development/App Development and Content Management Systems.

- Candidate should be working as Architect ( Solution / Technical / Enterprise) having Azure / AWS experience/ Cloud Technology knowledge. Should have understanding of Data / Analytics

- Computer Science/IT Engineering Background a Must- Prefer IIT/NIT, If from other Engineering College.

- Architecture Stream ( Java / Dot.Net )
