We are hiring for one of the leading insurance company for Pune location.

Experience : 8-11 years

Location : Pune

Job description :

- Spearhead a team of marketing specialists to deliver and run the gamification strategy for the company on the digital domain

- Build a nudge framework and deploy it across all digital touchpoints that increase funnel ratios

- Design & implement the application of game-design elements and game principles in non-game contexts.

- Use working knowledge of behavioral & data design models, UI/UX, for building engaging and humanized experience on digital.

- Sound understanding of behavioural sciences and its models

- Should have a strong background in gamification, experience design & communications

- Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant work experience, with at least 2 years of experience in or exposure to developing a behavioural sciences based engagement strategy for a digital business

- Must have at least 4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an app based business.

Note : The company would be 6 days working
