The role is to spear headed data migration to a semi-automated platform. Designing and implementing a strategic collection plan that expands company's revenue base and ensure its strong presence. Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of collection representatives.
- Develop Collection strategy to achieve organization collection goals and revenues to the company
- Coordinate collection action plans for State Collection Manager
- Liaise with other company functions to ensure achievement of collection objective
- Provide feedback, support and coaching to the collection service team for generating leads
- Monitor the daily efficiency for every Region & Location through a scheduled automated Email
- Defined Yearly, Quarterly & Monthly Performance on single click.
- MIS, Documenting & Reporting of Business performance on all the cases mainly on the Infant, Nonstarters.
- Coordinating with counterparts of other functions for regular data management and Query resolution to wards achieve common goal.
