Job Description :
- Overall responsibility for driving business.
- Working with internal business stakeholders to find opportunities and priorities
- Lead resource for planning portfolio growth initiatives with accounts, assortment, New Product launch and execution, development and execution of Joint Business Plans.
- Category management and Promotion planning with channel partners
- Experience in driving sales growth Modern trade.
- Developing and driving Sales plans and budgets to achieve or exceed the annual sales
Objectives for the Area :
- Monitor and control the sales budget to ensure optimum utilization of resources in the region.
- Responsible for accurate forecasts for assigned area.
- Align and execute trade marketing and trade promotions interventions with the modern trade sales strategy and overall business strategy.
- Achieving consistent growth by managing various internal and external stakeholders
- Ensuring that adequate inventory stock of product is maintained for the area in order to meet the sales delivery schedules and providing customers with superior levels of service and meet the needs of the customer and comply with norms
- Ensuring visibility of our products and liaising with the Marketing team w.r.t merchandising and promotions in, increase in brand visibility and promoting sales in the area.
- MBA graduate from premier Business School
