Modern Trade Key Accounts Manager
Job Description :
- Based at Mumbai reporting to National Sales Manager
- Team size : 10-15 (SOs, Promoters and Merchandisers)
- Total Experience : min 8-10 yrs modern trade (Pan India) (Startup experience mandatory)
Responsible for :
- Plan and execute MT sales strategy for growth
- Align and execute promotions as per MT strategy and overall business plan
- Listing of new products across all MT chains
- Deliver planned sales (direct supplies or through distributors in future)
- Forecasting sales and arriving at accurate projections for stocks
- Work within company allocated promotional cost and ensuring the most effective spends
- Negotiate favorable TOTs with chains
- Work closely with the GT managers who would drive MT business operationally
- Manage accounts receivables, debt collection and resolve all outstanding debts
- Do timely reconciliation of accounts with the help of the finance team
- Ensure timely dispatches along with supply chain team
- Drive and monitor promoters and merchandisers and ensure best in class execution
- Field visits across the country
- Quarterly/Monthly meetings with MT chains to review performance and plan way forward
