National Key Account Manager- Modern Trade- Beauty/Personal Care/Cosmetics
Role : NKAM - Modern Trade
Location : Delhi NCR/ Bangalore/ Mumbai
Primary Responsibilities (Including but not limited to):
- Responsible for building and maintaining healthy relationships with Modern Trade accounts and driving Modern Trade business holistically, profitably, and sustainably.
- Brings in strong working relationships and credibility with leading Modern Trade partners like Reliance Retail, D Mart and other strong MT chains both national and Regional.
- Driving engagement with category team, supply chain team, commercial team etc., of these accounts.
- Closing Joint Business Plans with key accounts driving distribution, volume, visibility, and market share.
- Growing volume from existing outlets and getting incremental volume from new outlets.
- Maintaining and tracking fill rate, market share and other dashboards and deriving actionable insights from the same
- Competition analysis and providing timely insights.
- Driving channel business and ensuring execution as per the TOT.
- Responsible for ensuring the right execution at the store level - planogram, category shelf, secondary displays, promo talkers etc.
- Responsible for planning, closing, and executing the plans to activate key levers to win in this channel - availability, merchandising, consumer promo, sampling, and visibility.
Eligibility:
- MBA with10-12 years' experience in Personal Care/ Beauty Cosmetics Industry
- Experience of handling Regional/ National level role
- Superior knowledge and familiarity of Modern Trade channel, business operations, market, and consumer trends.
- Well Networked with leading Retail Chains/ SuperMarkets/ Hypermarkets
- Open to travel across the Country
- Good with numbers & Tech savvy
