National Key Account Manager - Health Insurance

Primary Role Description

To drive Combi business in alliance with our Life Insurance Partner

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

- Align with Life Insurer's Sales heads to plan for Annual and monthly numbers

- Achieve targets set for the designated sales force selling Combi

- Drive contests and campaigns

- Ensure IRDAI compliance at all times

Key Requirements - Education & Certificates

- Post-graduate

- Excellent verbal and written English Communication Skills (proficient)

- Proficient user of Microsoft Office packages (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Key Requirements - Experience & Skills

- At least 7 years of experience in Insurance in a similar role

- Proven track record of managing Affinity Sales

- Personnel from Retail Insurance Background preferred

- Excellent knowledge of competition and industry

- Excellent project management skills
