National Key Account Manager - FMCG/FMCD

Job Description :

- The purpose of this position is to work and drive sales for the company by developing, planning and implementing sales & pricing strategy for the assigned customers so that company's overall revenue and profit objectives are met.

- You would be responsible to cultivate & drive client relationships by developing unique strategy for different customer to foster long term relationship by focusing on the customers need & satisfaction.

- Prepare road map & Strategic plan of action for different customers & establish customer action plans to measure regular progress against it.

- You would be working closely with the Global Strategic team & need to keep them updated on the progress against your Strategic action plan for your customers.

- Ensure sustainable business leading to additional revenue & ensuring that outstanding issues are resolved in a timely manner and to the customer's complete satisfaction.
