Description - The leading edge in this high growth channel, the position will be managing global food service chain accounts are strategic customers for the client in India. This incumbent will build strategic relationships that enable accelerated sales growth in national chain accounts by aligning core capabilities with the customers' needs to launch innovation and gain supply of core items

The India business has a legacy of over 25 years and is one of the fastest growing MNCs in India. Being a focus market, the client is building R&D as well as CMI capabilities in the region

Description:

- Represent the organisation as a strategic partner to leading national chain accounts and build strong relationships throughout the customers organization

- Develops sales plans and objectives with each national chain account and drives alignment within internal team to prioritize lead opportunities.


- Organizes and conducts ideation sessions with R&D and national account customers to identify potential new products


- Ensures all company-required paperwork and agreements to establish and maintain partnership with customer is completed and lead demand planning with customer.


- Partner with internal team members from departments such as operations, finance, marketing, quality assurance, and legal to provide solutions and drive projects forward.


- Coordinate and lead presentation of new items to customers


- Responsible for leading the pricing strategy to close new business on new items and communicating to all functions - internally and external


Profile:

- Minimum qualification: MBA in Marketing from a reputed B-School

- Overall Sales & Marketing work experience of more than 8 years with minimum 4 year of experience in food service handling Food companies


- Strong business acumen, strategic thinking and analytical rigour


- Excellent negotiation, communication & people management skills
