- Manage modern trade accounts with prime responsibility of sales & market share in respective categories for Large and Small Retailors  - Negotiation and closure of Terms of Trade (TOT) with Modern Trade accounts which include sales, margin & activation plan for respective financial year  - Key contributor to secure, manage & develop existing key accounts as well as acquire new key accounts  - To design account wise & region wise sales plan in line with overall MT plan, recommend timely actions for achievement of sales plan  - Ideate, plan & execute strategic initiatives like promotions/ in-store activations/ customer engagement programs to grow brand preference  - Conduct monthly business reviews with category team to achieve mutually agreed business objectives  - To drive new product launches, range rationalization to achieve ideal store assortment  - To share feedback to key accounts on performance of Promotions & visibilities; determine any deviations from plans and take necessary corrective actions  - To track promotions & visibility spends and process timely payments to key account & vendors  - To work in markets to check Organisation promotions & visibility implementations for key accounts; track & document monthly competition activities for key accounts  - To maintain account wise monthly tracker for planned activities for future reference  - To coordinate with cross functional teams to ensure fulfilment of business objectives
