JOB Description -
- Deliver Volume, Value Business & Profitability against targets for the Account by location & in coordination
with the regional team.
- Identify & exploit business growth opportunities for the Key Account Customer for all locations by conducting strategic tie-ups, consumer promotions & activities
- Project & track new outlet plans of the Key Account Customer by location & develop support structure to service & monitor business operations
- Responsible for Handling All national & regional chain of outlets with the help of team of executives.
- Focus on proper Visibility, Availability & effective implementation of promotional activities.
- Expertise in managing business operations with key focus on profitability by ensuring optimal utilization of resources.
- Skills of managing teams to work in sync with the company set parameters & motivating them for achieving business and individual goals
- Responsible for achieving sales targets at branches, building dynamic sales teams, identifying new business opportunities.
Reporting-
Direct reporting – CEO
Functional Reporting- Head of Sales
Required Experience – 10 + years
Location - Bangalore
Salary package - maximum 15 lpa + bonus( 15% of salary)
