National Key Account Manager - E commerce (FMCG)


- This person will be Head Quartered at Bangalore office looking after national chains like Amazon, Flipkart, Big Basket etc. This roll is same as National Key Account Manager - E commerce. It's an individual Contributing role but there would be a dotted line team who will provide support. Business turnover of about 15 to 17 Cr Annually.

- Need minimum 3 years of experience into KAM - Ecomm.

Job Responsibilities :

- The candidate will be an expert in E- Account Management and will be responsible for building formidable relationships with select set of Accounts to drive agreed business growth and turnover

- The candidate will be responsible for business and market development and have a keen eye for opportunities for growth and execute key initiatives to leverage category growth and market share

- Will be responsible for Key Launches and Activations, campaigns and collaborations with marketing and digital for impactful brand presence leading to business.

- The candidate will ensure right assortment across top sku's to ensure discoverability, build customer experience through brand stores and product page details and compelling reasons to drive purchase through enhanced content

- The candidate will be responsible for driving TOT adherence and closing the JBP with the accounts, reviewing and achieving the same.

- The candidate will be responsible to drive efficiency and effectiveness across supply chain and customer care through accuracy in demand forecasting and setting supply chain and logistics processes as per needs of each of the Accounts.

Key deliverable :

- Business delivery of turnover and market share as agreed

- Onsite presence for top SKUs - availability, right discoverability & right pricing

- Innovate and Animate key launches through marketing and digital plans with e-tailers

Key Competencies :

- Strong Negotiation & Interpersonal Skills.

- Understanding of Digital Marketing and linkage to Online Sales

- FMCG/FMCD Industry Experience.

Key Relationships :

Reports to : Head E-commerce

- Internal Stakeholders - E-merchandising, Sales planning, Digital marketing, Brand & Category team, Supply chain & Finance

- External Stakeholders - E-tailer buying and category teams, Etailer marketing and content teams, Supply chain and Finance teams

Education : MBA from Premier B-school
