National HR Manager (country HR Manager) - Leading MNC

Would be responsible to handle entire gamut of HR on PAN India Level based in Mumbai

- Performance Management Systems

- Learning & Development

- Compensation & Benefits

- HR Operations

- Employee Engagements

- Talent Planning & Acquisitions

- Driving Human Resource agenda by partnering with business in providing solutions for production and productivity enhancement. Roles would include talent acquisition, managerial capability building and work environment management.

- Would be responsible for implementing the company's Global Human Resource Management System in his/her area of geographical responsibility.

Candidate should be MBA HR with Broad Spectrum HR Experience in delivering strategic HR, and a strong learning towards Talent Management, Development, Performance/Compensation planning.
