We are delighted to invite applications for appointment on Contract basis either on direct rolls, or on deputation - from officers under the Central Government or State Governments or Union Territories or Universities / Research Institutions of Govt. or Public Sector Undertakings or Semi Government or Statutory or Autonomous Organizations and other Government Bodies or Retired Officials for the following position:

Designation: Manager

Division: Information Technology

Location: New Delhi (HO)

Roles & Responsibilities:

01) Design, develop, implement, and coordinate policies, procedures and overall budget for all areas of information technology to assure data accuracy, security, legal and regulatory compliance; assure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures

02) Set up policies and facilitate user admin management including Network Security, Active directory, Solution design, systems and data architecture, feature roadmaps, solution prototypes & proof of concepts for current and future projects

03) Work with employees to ensure SLAs are met and a consistent IT service is delivered to the customer.

04) Maintain a knowledge base of reoccurring issues & their associated fixes whilst investigating root causes.

05) Lead works related to implementation of E-procurement Portal, E-office and for all the employees

06) Provide management and guidance for IT support of hardware and software, diagnosing and solving issues for internal / external users

07) Produce and maintain technical and procedural documentation as required

08) Manage team of IT contractors and vendors

09) New idea incubation & advisory in technology implementation / transformation for infra projects

10) Asset policy / design and development for the organization

Essential Qualification and Experience Requirement:

- BE / B Tech. in Computer Science / Information Technology or specialized equivalent qualification from a recognized University / from a institute of repute / C level certification course from DOEACC

- Core interface and application implementation and/or project management experience

- 05 years of IT infra handling in mid to large scale organization

- Maximum Age of 40 years as on 26.03.2024.

Preferable Qualification and Experience Requirement:

- Advance or Post Graduate Diploma or certification in Computer Applications / Advanced Computing / Mobile Computing/ IT Infrastructure. System and Security / Cyber Security / Embedded Systems and Design/ System Software Development / Big Data Analytics / Automation SCADA (Supervisory Control & Data Acquisition) Systems / Multimedia or any related field etc
