National Sales Head/VP Sales - FMCD/FMCG
- Develop and implement sales strategies for achievement of Profitability targets w.r.t turnover, numbers and margins
- End-to-end ownership of Sales P&L delivery as per the Organization Objectives
- Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales plans for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products
- Ensure delivery of margins in all the products under the responsible category that are being sold across India and drive sales teams' productivity to achieve the assigned targets
