National Head - Trade Marketing - Pharma

Our client is a leading Pharma company in India.

Job Description : 

- Lead Trade Marketing Strategy development to attain defined business objectives throughout product categories.

- Lead trade marketing team.

- Work closely with sale and marketing teams

- Responsible for retail activations, retail visibility, BTL activities, dealer meets, merchandising, exhibitions, development of retail display units.

- Trade marketing- planning and rolling out trade schemes pan india

- Develop trade marketing strategies aligned with the brand strategy and appropriate to each channel and product

- Drive demand in-store by creating effective trade marketing campaigns and ensure alignment to sales goals

- Track and monitor performance of various sales channels and prepare channel-wise growth strategy

- Deployment of POSM/ Visual Merchandising

- Responsible for running channel partners loyalty / engagement program with an objective of business growth.

- Liaise with various marketing agencies to ensure last-mile execution of marketing campaigns
