Location: Bangalore - Ensuring all direct and indirect tax compliances including tax assessments. - Ensuring TDS deduction, deposit, filing of TDS returns and issuance of certificates within the stipulated timelines. - Ensuring service tax, GST and VAT related compliances within the stipulated timelines. - Responsible for tax optimization initiatives. - Responsible for Transfer pricing documentation and tax audit. - Must be a qualified CA with min 12 years of industry experience. - Preference to candidates from banking, financial services background. - Should has team handling experience
